Our Philosophy

We believe that all experiences are learning experiences; therefore, we strive to provide a positive, stimulating environment involving the whole child in all areas of development: social/ emotional, physical and cognitive. We recognise that children are individuals, with their own specific needs and abilities and that each child has a unique relationship to the world relfective of their family background, history and culture and we will endeavour to meet each child and each child's families specific needs. We hold that all children have an inherent right to participation in childhood activies with peers and therefore will strive to include children whatever their physical, soical and emotional needs.

About Us

Created 4 Me Early Learning Centre Inc. is a dual site child care facility located in the East St. Paul Community. We are a non-profit, charitable organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our members include both parents and community members.

Created 4 Me Early Learning Centre Inc. started as Narol Children's Centre. NCC was founded in 1974 by experienced teachers and enthusiastic parents who believed that offering a quality educational experience was their primary goal. Located in the old Donald School in St. Clements, the age and decaying state of the building, along with the huge demand for quality full time care, led our Board and Director, to pursue the opportunities to expand our services into East. St. Paul.

Our fulltime Child Care Centre, located at 264A Hoddinott Road, provides fulltime child care service for infants 3 months – 2 years and preschool children 2 – 6 years.

Our Program is licensed by Family Services and Housing under the Manitoba Child Care Program’s Best Practices Regulations.
